Built with AI. Ready for real users.

AI tools and vibe coding can get a working prototype in front of you in a weekend. Getting it in front of customers is a different job. We review, secure, deploy, and support AI-built apps so they hold up under real users, real data, and real attackers.

One teamBefore and after launch

What we check

Prototypes are fast. Production is careful.

AI-assisted code tends to look finished before it is. The gaps do not show up in the demo. They show up under real users, real data, and the first person who pokes at it with bad intentions.

Security and secrets

API keys in the code, missing authorization checks, injection paths, endpoints that trust the browser. We audit what the AI wrote, and what it quietly skipped.

Architecture and code quality

We untangle what is there, structure it so people can maintain it, and add tests where they earn their keep. Future changes stop being scary.

Infrastructure and deployment

Real environments instead of a laptop: staging, CI/CD, backups, SSL, monitoring, and caps on model API spend before the first surprising invoice.

Data and privacy

Where user data lives, what gets sent to model providers, what gets logged, and how long it is kept. Answered before your customers ask.

What you get

Production ready is a checklist, not a feeling.

  • An honest report first. What is solid, what is risky, and what it costs to fix, before any work begins.
  • Your code stays yours. Your repos, your accounts, your infrastructure. We work in them, not around them.
  • Predictable AI costs. Caps, caching, and alerts on model spend before launch, not after the invoice.
  • A team on call. Support plans from $240 a month, with SLAs when the stakes ask for them.

Who this is for

If it works on your laptop, we should talk.

The stories differ, but the moment is the same: something built quickly now matters, and it needs to stand on real ground.

Founders with a vibe-coded MVP

The demo won the meeting. Now customers, investors, or your board expect it to be real.

Teams whose internal tool spread

It started as one person’s helper. Now a whole department depends on it, and IT has questions.

Products adding AI features

You already run real infrastructure. The new AI feature has to meet the same bar as the rest.

Agencies with client prototypes

We do the production work under your name. Your client stays yours.

Questions

Questions we hear every week.

What does “AI to production” mean?

Taking software that was built with AI tools, or a product with AI at its core, and making it ready for real users. That covers a security review, architecture and code review, real infrastructure and deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support after launch.

Which AI tools and stacks do you work with?

All of them. Code from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, Lovable, Replit, v0, or anything else, in whatever language and framework it arrived in. We meet the code where it is.

Can you fix a vibe coded app?

Yes. Vibe-coded apps usually work better than their reputation and worse than their demo. We keep what is sound, close the security gaps, add real infrastructure, and leave you with an AI app someone can support. If a rebuild really is cheaper, the written assessment will say so.

Will you rebuild my prototype from scratch?

Almost never. We keep what is sound, fix what is not, and tell you the difference in writing before any work begins.

What do I actually get first?

A written production readiness assessment in plain English: what is solid, what is risky, what it will take to ship, and what it will cost. You can act on it with us or without us.

What does it cost?

The review is a fixed scope priced up front. Ongoing support plans start at $240 per month, and larger hardening or build work is quoted after the review, so there are no surprises.

Do you host and support it after launch?

Yes. Managed hosting, monitoring, updates, and support plans come from the same team that prepared your app for launch. One accountable partner, before and after.
